We're a small family-run business. Three uniformed officers, a few marked vehicles, and a simple idea: bring the visible street-level patrol presence back to communities that had quietly lost it.
We watched neighbours pay £40+ a month for an alarm system that, when it went off, only triggered a phone call. We saw elderly relatives nervous about being on their own. We saw small businesses break-in after break-in, with the only "security" being a sign on the gate.
So we built Phoenix Patrol, proper patrols, real officers, kept deliberately affordable so a whole street can join, not just the people who can stretch to a premium contract. No big head office. No call centre. Just us, the vehicles, and the route.
Every officer is SIA-licensed
The Security Industry Authority (SIA) is the UK government body that regulates the private security industry. Every Phoenix Patrol officer holds a valid SIA licence, meaning they've been background-checked, formally trained, and are legally certified to carry out security work. It's the legal floor for our industry, and we won't put anyone on patrol without it.
