Yes , every Phoenix Patrol officer is SIA-licensed (Security Industry Authority). That means background-checked, formally trained and legally certified to carry out security work in the UK.

Yes. Phoenix Patrol covers residential homes, shops, yards, warehouses, offices and other commercial premises , all on the same £10/month plan.
