Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully. By signing up to Phoenix Patrol or using this website you agree to them.

1. Who we are

These terms are between you ("you", "the customer") and Phoenix Patrol Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15935764) with contact address available on request. We can be reached at support@phoenixpatrol.co.uk or +44 7771 589353.

2. Our service

Phoenix Patrol provides visible mobile security patrols in marked vehicles, carried out by SIA-licensed officers. Depending on the package you sign up to this may include scheduled drive-by patrols of your street or premises, alarm response visits, and welfare checks. We will confirm the exact scope of cover, the patrol frequency, and the geographic area in writing when you sign up.

We are a deterrent and observation service. We are not an emergency service. If you believe a crime is in progress or you are in immediate danger, call 999.

3. Sign-up and pricing

The advertised launch price (currently from £10 a month) applies to qualifying residential addresses on a published patrol route and is subject to availability. Commercial and bespoke cover is quoted individually.

Payments are billed monthly in advance. There is no minimum term: you may cancel at any time by emailing support@phoenixpatrol.co.uk. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month and no further payments will be taken.

We may change pricing for future billing months by giving you at least 30 days' notice by email. If you don't agree to a price change you can cancel before it takes effect.

4. Your responsibilities

5. Our responsibilities

6. What we don't do

Our service does not include: forced entry to your property, holding keys to your property unless a separate key-holding agreement is in place, armed response, conflict resolution between residents, dog or animal welfare interventions, fire response, or any activity that requires a power, qualification, or authority that our officers do not hold. If in doubt, call us before assuming the service covers it.

7. Limitation of liability

Phoenix Patrol provides a deterrent and observation service. We do not guarantee that no crime, damage, or loss will occur at your property. Our liability to you for any loss arising from our service is limited to the total fees you have paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law (for example, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).

We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, for losses caused by your failure to follow our advice, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control (such as severe weather, road closures, or third-party criminal acts).

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your service if you fail to pay, if you give us false information, if you ask us to do something unlawful, or if you behave in a way that is abusive or threatening to our officers. Where possible we'll give you notice and a chance to put things right first.

9. Use of this website

This website is provided "as is". We try to keep it accurate and available but we do not guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. You may not use this website in any way that is unlawful, that interferes with other users, or that attempts to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always show when they last changed. We'll notify active customers by email if changes materially affect your rights or obligations.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
